1. Order Cancellation

Cancellation by Customer:

  • Before Shipment: You may cancel your order before it has been shipped by contacting our customer service at eslaspices@gmail.com. We will process your cancellation request and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
  • After Shipment: If your order has already been shipped, you may still cancel it, but you will need to follow our return process as described below. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.

Cancellation by Esla Spices:

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion if we suspect fraud, unauthorized or illegal activity, or if the item is out of stock. In such cases, we will notify you and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

2. Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns:

  • You may return Products within 2 days of receipt for a refund, exchange, or store credit. The Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Perishable goods such as spices, herbs, and food items that have been opened or tampered with are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

3. Refund Process

How to Return:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at eslaspices@gmail,com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

Shipping Costs:

  • You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
